Property Search means more than browsing through the classifieds. That you could do by yourself. At YER we dig deeper. Once we have drawn up a detailed brief of your requirements, we contact our network of agents and sellers and trawl through our ever-expanding property portfolio, one that has been built through decades of experience in constructing and selling properties.
In the simplest terms, our properties fall into three categories:
- New Properties: Every cloud has a silver lining they say. One of the advantages of the current economic downturn is a wide range of quality, apartments and villas on the market, properties that wouldn’t have remained unsold for long a few years ago.
- Second Hand Properties: Unique and rare properties are another feature of the current property market. Due to a lack of ‘off-market’ buyers, sellers have to cast their net wider. So living in a castle in Spain oran art deco Miami mansion is no longer merely a pipe dream.
- Off-the-plan Properties: Personalisation is a road many investors prefer. We can offer you an integrated design and construction service for your bespoke dream home, at your choice of location.
Viewing
Once we have made a selection of properties we believe fit your profile, we will arrange a personalised viewing.
We say personalised because that’s what we mean. What we don’t mean is a ‘sideshow’ inspection, whereby potential buyers are herded in and given a whirlwind property tour, with the salesman acting as the master of ceremonies. (Although if that is what you want, we can direct you to dozens of other companies that provide this service.)
Like all we do at YER, we want to make this step of your property journey as pleasant as possible. Therefore we will make your viewing a much more intimate experience, by meeting you at the airport, showing the property and its surroundings and providing full legal and technical information on the same day.
Relocation
Moving to a new location requires more than just packing your bags (although we wish that this was so). Whilst relocation is an immensely exciting time, it also presents a multitude of problems that need to be addressed, some of which may be unseen until you arrive.
Because YER’s mission is to look after your interests every step of the way, we want to make the transition as smooth as possible.
After conducting a report on your lifestyle needs, we will arrange everything with you to facilitate them, so that you don’t have to waste precious time. We can advise on the best international schools, language courses, how to obtain a work of residency permit, and even, if you so desire, where to shop for foodstuffs and other items that you may miss from home.
We will take care of the tiresome arrangements for getting your utilities connected, opening a bank account, and can advise on the best lawyers and financial services in your new location.

Confidentiality
Confidentiality is something we take very seriously at YER. In fact, we would go as far as to say that it is a fundamental premise of our company culture. In a world where privacy is becoming a luxury commodity, we take yours very, very seriously. We believe that confidentiality is essential to successful partnerships.
That is why we would never disclose any details of your personal or financial affairs.
In other words, by putting your faith and trust in YER, you can rest assured that your affairs remain yours and yours alone.
